The following are the terms and conditions for the applicable Multiplayer Tournaments and Spin Race Tournaments which are held under the Tournament Rules (collectively and individually the “Tournaments“). The Tournaments are organized by REALPLAY TECH INC and its Related Entities including Realplay Ltd (“RealPlay”, “us”, “we” or “our”).
The RealPrize Services including but not limited to the Tournaments provided through the Site are offered and operated by REALPLAY TECH INC using software developed by Realplay Ltd.
Terms which are defined in the General Terms and Conditions and which are used in these Tournament Rules shall have the meaning given to them in the General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in these Tournament Rules.
1.1 In order to participate in the Tournaments, you must have a User Account that is not an Inactive Account or a suspended User Account.
1.2 In order to participate in the Tournaments, you must log into your User Account and play the selected Contests that make up the Tournaments. You can find the selected Contests which make up the Tournaments through clicking on More Info in the relevant Tournament banner which can be found in the Lobby of the Site.
There are two types of Tournaments which are held by us under the Tournament Rules:
i. Multiplayer: While playing the selected Contests you have to demonstrate your skill by trying to obtain the highest multiplier score. The score will be determined by the ratio between:
ii. Spin Race: Each spin in the selected Contests awards you points. The more you play, the higher you will climb in the ranking board. It’s all about accumulating points to claim victory!
3.1 You can earn Gold Coins if you are playing in Gold Coins Mode Contests, which make up the Tournaments or Sweep Coins if you are playing in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests which make up the Tournaments. Each of the selected Contests which make up the Tournaments will specify the amount of Gold Coins and Sweep Coins that you can win.
3.2 For more information regarding the obtainment and use of Gold Coins, Sweep Coins, Redeemable Sweep Coins and Sweep Prizes, including without limitation restrictions applying to the redemption of Redeemable Sweep Coins and the use and receipt of Sweep Prizes, please see the General Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Play Rules. Without detracting from the foregoing please note that, if you are located or registered in the State of Florida, a cap of 5,000 United States Dollars will apply to any Redeemable Sweep Coins won on any one spin, play or equivalent.
4.1 Each Tournament will possess a ranking board to show your position in comparison to other Tournament’s participants.
4.2 At the end of each of the Tournaments, participants who have finished in selected positions on the ranking board will receive Sweep Coins or Gold Coins. The selected positions which will receive Sweep Coins or Gold Coins (as applicable) and the amount of Sweep Coins or Gold Coins (as applicable) are made available through clicking on More Info in the relevant Tournament banner which can be found in the Lobby of the Site.
5.1 Each of the Tournaments will last between 24 and 48 hours.
5.2 Each of the Tournaments will have a different countdown.
6.1 If we:
i. reasonably suspect that you are in breach of any provision of the RealPrize Agreement;
ii. have reasonable suspicion that you are abusing or have attempted to abuse any of the Tournaments or you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct;
iii. in our sole discretion determine that you have manipulated or attempted to manipulate any of the Tournaments or either of their results in any way; or
iv. in our sole discretion, we determine or suspect that you have engaged in or assisted in fraudulent, illegal or unlawful activity with respect to any of the Tournaments,
we may disqualify you from any or all Tournaments or terminate or suspend your User Account.
If we terminate your User Account Clauses 13.6, 13.7, 13.8, 13.9 and 13.10 (TERMINATION OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT) in the General Terms and Conditions shall apply,
If we suspend you User Account, Clause 13.5 (TERMINATION OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT) in the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
If we disqualify you from any or all of the Tournaments, we shall keep any of the Sweep Coins and Gold Coins used by you in such Tournaments and we may deduct the amount of Sweep Coins and Gold Coins awarded to you under the Tournaments from your User Account.
6.2 We may at any time cancel, modify or suspend the Tournaments, and any of the Sweep Coins and Gold Coins offered hereunder, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the Tournaments are not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
6.3 We may at any time modify these Tournament Rules by posting a modified version the Tournament Rules on the Site. Such modified version will take effect immediately upon being posted and you agree to be bound by such modifications.
6.4 We may cancel any of the Tournaments at any time by notifying you through the Site or these Tournament Rules.
6.5 FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, CLAUSE 25 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS) OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
6.6 The Tournament Rules incorporates the General Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Play Rules.
